Kingdoms Age's Screenshots Showcase the Rise of the Dead Horde

Agincourt Gaming has taken to their blog to release several screenshots and information about a new faction type for their upcoming game Kingdoms Age.

Agincourt has described the new faction as,

Mindless, fearless but still dangerous, the Undead have risen with a purpose. Warriors of the past, always thirsty for a battle, they will stop at nothing to follow their Master’s voice. Powerful Wizards who lost their path in an effort to tame the dark forces, continue their journey, even after their death, as Liches, controlling vast armies of Undead warriors.

While Kingdoms Age features a single-layer campaign their main focus is their online mode which features a relentless world in which players battle for control of territories. The goal is to work their way up to control entire kingdoms, later starting their own kingdom as they recruit other players to work for them.

A release date has not been announced for Kingdoms Age, though the developer has confirmed that development is currently in the pre-alpha stage and it will be Oculus Rift compatible.
