Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn Heading to Nintendo 3DS in 2019

Kiry's Extra Epic Yarn is coming to Nintendo 3DS in 2019 with additional gameplay mechanics, modes, and mini-games on top of the original Wii platformer.

Kirby’s Epic Yarn is coming to Nintendo 3DS in 2019. Joining the ranks of other ports on the Nintendo 3DS, this version will be called Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn and include some new features. Picking up items will allow you to create larger yarn balls and draw in gems.

A new mode named “Devil Mode” has been added where Kirby must avoid a devilish character while making your way through each level. Mini-games have also been added and allow you to play as other characters for short periods of time such as King Dedede and Meta Knight.

Kirby’s Epic Yarn originally released for the Wii in 2010. Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn will release sometime in 2019 for the Nintendo 3DS. You can view the reveal trailer below.
