Bandai Namco just hyped a lot of people around the world today. The reason is, it was made public that the company registered on September 4 the following five games names at the Japan Patent Office:

These five titles are classics which were all either developed or produced by Namco, before the merge with the toy company Bandai in 2005. Some of these titles are pretty beloved even today, such as Klonoa, a 2D platformer with 3D graphics which launched in 1997 on PS1.

Bandai Namco, back in December 2018, released a Katamari Damacy remaster titled Katamari Reroll on Nintendo Switch. You know, that weird game where you need to roll things to make planets. In Japan, the remaster was titled Katamari Encore. This means all these five titles listed above should be getting remasters on Switch very soon.

In any case, an official announcement by Bandai Namco should be made soon. Until then, stay tuned.
