Today, German-based company Koch Media -- who you may know as Deep Silver, which is Koch Media's gaming division -- announced a new distribution partnership with Italian developer and publisher Milestone. The partnership is set to begin with the release of the next entry in Milestone's MXGP franchise, MXGP3: The Official Motocross Videogame, which was announced last month and is slated to release sometime in spring 2017. The new partnership will see Koch Media be the exclusive distributor of all of Milestone's 2017 titles.

This means, in addition to publishing MXGP3, Koch Media will also be publishing MotoGP 17, which is set to hit sometime later this year, as well as another unannounced Milestone-developed title planned for this year.

“We are thrilled to be working alongside Milestone on their upcoming slate of titles. Milestone’s talent and commitment to quality has established them as one of the leading publishers in the genre. We’re dedicated to driving the success of these titles as we work towards their release.”

Milestone's VP Luisa Bixio VP added:

“We are extremely pleased to have opened our new distribution agreement with Koch Media. A long established, well-respected and strong company in the UK market. They have a wealth of experience in the racing genre and we are confident that together we can build an even greater demand for Milestone products.

For those that don't know, Milestone, which was founded in 1996, is based in Milan, Italy, and specializes in racing titles. Additionally, it is one of Italy's biggest developers. The studio is perhaps best known for its Ride series.
