KonoSuba: Fantastic Days release date revealed

Nexon will launch the global version of KonoSuba: Fantastic Days on August 19 on iOS and Android. The first free-to-play mobile game based on the popular comedy anime will feature main characters Kazuma Satou, Aqua, Megumin, and Darkness. The game also includes over five original characters created for the occasion.

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days has garnered quite the hype as pre-registrations have reached over 1.1 million. Be sure to pre-register yourself if you haven’t yet.

Note that a Twitter campaign is also ongoing. All players will get extra rewards if the @PlayKonoSuba Twitter reaches over 500,000 followers.

August 19 special launch stream

That’s not all. On launch day, August 19, an online launch showcase will be held for KonoSuba: Fantastic Days on YouTube. On the Nexon Mobile YouTube channel. We should see some more gameplay, and that’s just a guess, but we might hear about the first Events held in-game.

Overall, KonoSuba Fantastic Days is definitely a promising game for fans. Note that if you’re new to KonoSuba and want to know what the hype is all about, the series is available on Crunchyroll. Moreover, if you’ve watched Combatants will be Dispatched this 2021, you can also have a rough idea of what KonoSuba is like: they were written by the same author, Natsume Akatsuki.

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days will be the very first game of the series getting officially localized outside Japan. The game will also support several languages besides English. KonoSuba also has a new anime project in the works. However, we don’t know if it’ll be a new TV series or a movie. I’m personally betting on a movie project.
