Former Nirvana front-man Kurt Cobain will be making a digital appearance in Activision’s upcoming Guitar Hero 5.  You’ll be able to play along with him to the classic track “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and a never-before-released live version of the song “Lithium”.  His likeness joins that of many other stars in the latest and greatest Guitar Hero – Carlos Santana, Johnny Cash, Shirley Manson and Matt Bellamy.  You can look forward to rocking out with them all on September 1, when the title hits shelves in North America.  In the mean time, here’s a couple screens and a video for your viewing pleasure!
