Today, Rockstar Games has released its new AAA virtual reality title L.A. Noire: the VR Case Files, and to accompany its release; the developer has launched a new video.

L.A. Noire The VR Case Files will present seven of the self-contained cases from the original game, all of which have been rebuilt from the ground up especially for virtual reality. Several changes made to this rendition of the game include modifications to the combat system and switching the game to a first-person perspective. On top of that, the title will also be the first virtual-reality game Rockstar has developed.

For more information on the new game, you can check out a batch of screenshots released last month, the minimum and recommended PC configuration requirements needed to run the game. On top of that, while you patiently wait for my review on L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files, you can check out my thoughts on L.A. Noire‘s Nintendo Switch port, which was released last month alongside the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions.

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files is available now exclusively for the HTC Vive via Rockstar Warehouse, Steam, and Viveport.
