Who is Lady Loki? Is She Enchantress? [SPOILERS]

In the second episode, we learned a little more about how the Time Variance Authority ensures a proper flow of time. However, the Time-Keepers are having a hard time after one of the many Loki variants is killing TVA agents. And at the end of Episode 2, we finally see Loki coming face to face with this second 'Variant.'

In the episode, Loki starts chasing the Variant, who turned out to be a woman (Sophia Di Martino) wearing an outfit similar to Loki's Asgardian -clothes. Initially, everyone thought that this time-variant would turn out to be Lady Loki. However, according to Episode 2's end-credits, this time-variant could be the Enchantress.

As reported by Games Radar, the Spanish version of the end credits listed Sophia Di Martino's character as "Sylvie."

In the comics, Sylvie Lushton is the Enchantress who was gifted with magical powers by Loki himself. Basically, there are two Enchantress in the comic books. The first one, Amora, is Thor's greatest nemesis, who was since sent out by Odin to kill Thor's human love interest.

On the other hand, Sylvie is the second and young Enchantress who first appeared in Dark Reign: Young Avengers #1.

In the comics, Loki grants Sylvie magical powers when she was a child to use her for his mischievous schemes. However, she eventually forms her own desire to join the Young Avengers. And after a series of manipulation and mind controls, the Young Avengers eventually accepts her into the team. Of course, things only get difficult for poor Sylvie in the comics.

Coming back to the show, if Lady Loki is actually the young Enchantress Sylvie, we might see an evil Loki variant who granted her magical powers, as it happened in the comics.

Anyway, it's too soon to put a pin on anything, and we'll definitely learn more about Lady Loki or the Enchantress in the coming episodes.
