Following the announcement of The Last Remnant Remastered, Square Enix released a new trailer today.

The video showcases the renewed graphics on PS4, that are getting a fresh coat of paint for the occasion, with the old visuals on Xbox 360.

We get to see mostly cutscenes, but we can also take a brief look at battle gameplay. The visuals certainly look a lot cleaner.

The Last Remnant was originally released in 2008 exclusively for Xbox 360. It was part of Microsoft's efforts to secure a bunch of exclusive JRPGs for the console in order to try and establish a foothold in the Japanese market. A PC version followed in 2009, and now Square Enix is finally letting the game jump over to the PlayStation camp.

It will launch for PS4 in the west day and date with the Japanese version on December 6th, and it will be available digitally on the PlayStation Store for $19.99.

You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy the original announcement.
