Ubisoft has released the latest trailer for their upcoming iteration in the Assassin's Creed universe, entitled Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, detailing the involvement of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation's protagonist, Aveline. Aveline will appear in PlayStation 3/4 versions of the game in about an hour of extra content, spanning three separate missions. The missions will serve to advance her storyline that was established in Liberation. Aveline will also retain her full-move set from Liberation as well.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and will be published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii U between late October and late November of this year. Aveline will also be appearing in HD remaster of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, entitled Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD. Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD will be published in 2014 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
