Latest Fable III Developer Diary Discusses the Removal of RPG Elements

While Peter Molyneux might still love RPGs, as he mentions in this video, as a whole his latest baby, Fable III, is moving away from some of the more hardcore RPG aspects. Does this remind you of anything recently? Perhaps Mass Effect 2? Anyway, this latest developer diary takes a look at some of the more mechanical changes to the game and its design philosophy and explains just why, in fact, Mr. Molyneux believes that the move away from the RPG is good for the franchise.
