Today Cliff Bleszinski's Boss Key Productions revealed a brand new map debuting in the open beta of LawBreakers.

The new map is called "Trench," and it's set in an abandoned support station which is also the anchor to Vertigo, on top of that, it's perched against Sierra Mountain cliffside.

The area is inhabitable and absolutely dangerous due to the fact that it hasn't been maintained for months, which means that it's basically perfect for shooting stuff up and playing with gravity. No one'll complain if you destroy a few areas.

LawBreakers has entered its open beta phase on PS4 and PC yesterday, and testing will go on until July 31st.

You can check out a trailer showing the new map just below, and if you want to see more, you can also enjoy another recent trailer. If you're interested in the game, you should definitely read our interview with Lead Designer Dan Nanni from E3 2017.

If betas aren't for you, and you're waiting for the full package, Lawbreakers is scheduled to release for PlayStation 4 and PC on August 8th. The game is also getting both a physical release and a collector's edition for PS4, courtesy of those saints at Limited Run Games.
