Options for solid picks have been left wide open for those who like to work in pairs. Whilst patch 11.19 has not had many changes aimed at either Bot Laners or Supports, there have been a couple of changes that will affect who you will want to pick.

For all who want to play the role of their team's primary damage dealer, protection and peel, or play a key role in starting team fights, the bot lane is right for you. Whether you are the DPS or Support, this 11.19 tier list will give you an idea of who you should be looking out to play with or pick.

Bot Lane

S+: Vayne, Miss Fortune
S: Ziggs, Jhin, Ashe, Jinx, Ezreal

Support

S+: Amumu, Soraka
S: Blitzcrank, Thresh, Nami, Zyra, Morgana, Nautilus

Vayne

Sentinel Vayne

With the slow downfall of other Bot Laners due to small nerfs over time, Vayne has risen to become a top pick. When allowed to scale into a slightly longer game, Vayne can deal some disgusting damage in later team fights. And those who are more proficient on Vayne can take on entire enemy teams if they cannot lock her down.

Thresh

It can be tricky to land those all-important hooks when playing Thresh, and because of this, he is often associated with the highest level of play. Despite this, when picked, he can be crucial to any team both offensively and defensively.

A great thresh may be able to land hooks and use his E to maximum effectiveness. But even an average Thresh player can save a Vayne that has tumbled forwards into danger with their W, Dark Passage. Or alternatively ferry the jungler in to commit to a sneaky gank.

Ziggs

If players want to mix things up with their damage profile in Bot Lane, Ziggs is an excellent choice. With nerfs to Tristana over the last few patches, Ziggs is the resident turret demolisher of the game right now. On top of that, his E and W serve as great zoning tools. However, a lot of his damage does rely on his Q.

At the beginning of the game, you will need to preserve your mana and be smart when using your abilities. Though towards the mid and later stages of the game, you will be able to throw Qs and use abilities with reckless abandon and not have to worry about mana.
