Left 4 Dead 2 is the Latest Game to Join Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

Plenty of gamers were skeptical when backwards compatibility was announced for the Xbox One, and while the service definitely hasn’t been perfect, it has provided an opportunity to relive some of the last generation’s best games on Microsoft’s newest machine. Today, Left 4 Dead 2 joins the ranks of games available via this method.

Players who still own their Xbox 360 copies of Left 4 Dead 2 can download and play the game on their Xbox Ones. Additionally, the game can be purchased digitally and downloaded to the Xbox One dashboard. Major Nelson broke the news on Twitter earlier this morning.
