Today Nihon Falcom released a brand new trailer of its upcoming JRPG The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV: The End of Saga.
As usual, keep in mind that the video includes plenty of moments that can be considered spoilers since many fans in the west still did not get to play The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, which means that what is portrayed here skips ahead considerably.
The trailer focuses on the story and cast, and it’s very, very good, even for Nihon Falcom’s standards. Of course, it also makes me feel conflicted because I really want to play this, but I don’t want to have to play both III and IV in Japanese. Their dialogues are too complex and the story is too important to really enjoy them unless your skill with the language is close to native.
You can check the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy another semi-recent trailer, a gallery of screenshots showing a few returning characters and their S-crafts, another showing Alfin and Elise, and one more showing more spoilers.
The game will release on the Japanese shelves on September 27th, exclusively for PS4.
