XSEED revealed new screenshots for the upcoming PC version of the Falcom developed RPG The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, which recently was announced to release for PC-via Steam, GOG, and the Humble Store by Humble Bundle on February 14.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II continues the story of Rean and the rest of class VII from Thors Military Academy. The students have not only grown older but they have also learned how to approach situations in a different way after experiencing so much in the previous year when they decided to test out the newly-developed "ARCUS" system.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II introduces new places to travel including some aerial missions, with new characters to meet, and many new dungeons. Furthermore, the relationships that players built in the previous entry will carry over to this adventure with a few added bonuses.

On PC, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II has been improved by increasing the framerate and textures, along with support for higher ultra-wide resolutions. Additionally, a brand new feature has been added to allow players to skip the Title Screen and launch the game directly from their most recent save.

Lastly, "Turbo Mode" will be making a return and the publisher has added 50% more voiced dialog from the original voice cast.

Recently, the PC requirements and a brand new trailer were also shown when the release date was revealed.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is available now for PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
