Falcom released a new story trailer for their upcoming RPG, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, ahead of TGS 2017.

The trailer previews a handful of animated cutscenes from The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, which many fans of the series have been looking forward to. Also in the trailer players can see some of the gameplay and battle scenes in action, although it might just leave them with wanting more.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III continues the Trails of Cold Steel trilogy which focuses on a group of high school students who attend the Thors Military Academy. Little did they know that they would get wrapped up into events which would lead them to be in the middle of an all out war. Full of story, drama, and humor, Trails of Cold Steel is regarded as one of the best stories told within the The Legend of Heroes timeline.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III is set to release exclusively on PlayStation 4 on September 28 in Japan. A western release hasn’t been confirmed at this time.

Recently, the game received more screenshots providing details about the Deaflinger Train. Also, we had the opportunity to speak with Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo about localizing a few other entries in the The Legend of Heroes series that have yet to come west.
