After releasing earlier this year in June, Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer ft. The Legend of Zelda now has a free demo in the Nintendo eShop that you can download.

Nintendo made this announcement earlier today alongside a new accolades trailer for Cadence of Hyrule. The trailer highlighted some of the gameplay from the title along with showcasing the praise that it received from various gaming outlets.

We reviewed Cadence of Hyrule earlier this summer for ourselves here at DualShockers and found it to largely be pretty great. Cadence of Hyrule is a unique game for Nintendo, but it's one that our reviewer found he wanted more of in the future saying in his review, "I would like to see Nintendo commit to more collaborations like this." Even though it's not without its issues at times, our reviewer largely found it to be a lot of fun to play and was backed by some rad music, too.

I actually haven't tried out Cadence of Hyrule just yet for myself, so this is basically my perfect opportunity. While I love The Legend of Zelda, I never played Crypt of the Necrodancer back when it released. I've only heard largely good things about it though, and considering my enjoyment of rhythm games, I'm sure I'd like it.

Anywho, Cadence of Hyrule is available for purchase right now, exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
