The Legend of Zelda has one of the largest fandoms in all of video games. Fans flock to the corners of the internet to celebrate their fandom with cool fan art such as this wonderful phone wallpaper or this rendition of the Deku Shield from Ocarina of Time. However, there is one more piece of fan art that might be my absolute favorite.

I have seen this piece bouncing around Reddit before and I have to upvote it every time it gets reposted. So, I just thought I would share it will all of you readers as well. You can take a look in the embedded Reddit post below.

A Link Through the Past from r/gaming

The original art, created by Pixel Pulp and reposted once again to Reddit by u/CrimsAK, takes you through almost every Legend of Zelda game that came to a Nintendo home console. Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess didn't make the cut because the creator stated that they had some time constraints and felt that Ocarina of Time and Skyward Sword better embodied the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo Wii compared to MM and TP.

Still, the gif does an incredible job of portraying the different themes of each title as well as some of the dungeons from the games.

The Legend of Zelda is something near and dear to me personally and to many others as well. Just watching this video makes me want to jump into all of the games and complete them in order of release even though I just complete Wind Waker HD last night. Yes, I dusted off the old Wii U to boot it up. All of this Zelda talk just gets me more and more hyped for the release of Link's Awakening in September.
