LEGO City Undercover Out Today in North America; Launch Trailer Released

Today, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developer TT Games’ action-adventure game, LEGO City Undercover, launches on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC. Well, at least if you’re in North America. If you’re in Europe, you will have to wait three more days until it arrives on April 7th.

Regardless of where you are geographically, one thing you get for sure is the game’s launch trailer, which Warner Bros. released earlier this morning.

As you may remember, the sandbox-style open-world adventure game first launched for Wii U in March 2013. Unlike most LEGO titles developed by Traveller’s Tales, which are based in various licenses, City Undercover is based on the LEGO City brand.

For its launch on newer hardware, TT Games has also packed a new two-player cooperative mode that allows gamers to track down criminals as a team.

Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games accompanied today’s launch with the following statement:

“Between solving crimes in the hilarious original storyline and exploring the vast open-world city, LEGO® CITY Undercover is the perfect game for friends and families to play together.”
