LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 Launches Today

The wait is over for the newest Harry Potter game from Warner Brothers Interactive. LEGO Harry Potter takes players on an adventure through the first 4 movies;  The Sorcerers’ Stone, The Chamber Of Secrets, The Prisoner Of Azkaban and The Goblet Of Fire. The developer of the game is Traveller’s Tales, who as you know have been the developers of all the LEGO games.

The game features more than 150 characters, local multiplayer, and a level creator. There are also dozens of other unlockables. WBI took care to make sure that gamers of all walks could play this title. It’s available on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo DS, Wii, PSP, and even PS2. In addition, the game retails for $29.99 on DS, PSP, and PC.

There are  collectors’ editions of the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii versions of the game that include special packaging, a behind the scenes DVD, and a set of magnets featuring the four house crests. The CEs retail for $69.99. Gamestop has an exclusive figurine for $10.99.
