As part of the recent Disney & Marvel Games Showcase, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga showed that it's still not done providing new content for its avid player base. They revealed that six new character packs would be coming November 1 as part of what they're calling Character Collection 2. This collection will be added on top of the 380 characters already present in the base game (taking into account varying costumes from different scenes and movies), and the 33 characters that were part of the first wave of paid DLC, Character Collection 1.The themes for the 6 packs are as follows: Obi-Wan Kenobi, the recent series on Disney+; Andor, an upcoming series based on the Rogue One character of the same name; Star Wars: Rebels, the animated series that began in 2014; The Book of Boba Fett; Star Wars: The Clone Wars; and Summer Vacation, this referring to the Lego Star Wars Summer Vacation comedy featurette that aired earlier this year.RELATED: Disney Platformer Illusion Island First Trailer ReleasedThe list of every character included in this new collection has yet to be revealed. Only three characters have been shown off, both in the showcase and on the game's official Twitter: Reva, the inquisitor from Obi-Wan Kenobi, Cassian Andor, sporting a new hairdo and outfit from his upcoming show, and Captain Rex, fan-favorite from the Clone Wars. There's also been no official confirmation of how many characters the collection will have, but if it follows the trend of Character Collection 1, then there should at least be 5 characters per pack.

If you've yet to jump in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, the team is primarily promoting the game's Galactic Edition. This includes the entire base game, the prior seven character packs, and these six new ones. This edition also drops on November 1, and will be available for $79.99 on consoles, and $69.99 on PC. If you already have the game, you can purchase each Character Collection for $14.99 each, or purchase both for $24.99. Alternatively, you can purchase only the individual character packs that draw your attention from any of the two collections, for $2.99 each.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was partly a remake, as it reused the levels of the first six mainline Star Wars movies, which were the basis of the 2007 title, The Complete Saga. However, it also made levels for the sequel trilogy of movies, modernized the combat to a more contemporary third-person action style, and included a swathe of open planets for you to explore at your own pace. The game has been a commercial success that's sold over 5 million copies, so it's no surprise it's being supported with more DLC.
