Limited Edition of Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- Slashed with a Delay

on December 2, 2014 7:33 PM

Fans springing for the fancy limited edition of the upcoming 2D anime fighter Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- will be getting their copies a bit later than previously determined.

Aksys has today explained that the strikes in Los Angeles has crippled production of the limited edition, which they’ve called their “most complex and unique to date”. The explanation comes with no firm new date for the LE, but a ” a one to two week postponement” is expected, at the least. The standard edition of the game will launch as planned on December 16th.

Aksys assures fans that this is a serious matter and apologizes for the inconvenience. While delays always suck, this one seems completely out of the publisher’s hands. Let’s hope for a speedy resolution.
