Loki Episode 4 Quick Recap [SPOILERS]
In the previous episode of Loki, we finally learned a little bit about Sylvie (Lady Loki). Apparently, Ravonna picked up Sylvie for breaking a rule of the Sacred Timeline and took everything from her. However, Sylvie successfully escapes the TVA headquarters, leading her to plot an act of revenge.
In the present time, Agent Mobius saves Sylvie and Loki from the apocalypse at Lementis-1. After being captured by the TVA, Loki tells Agent Mobius that everyone in the TVA had a life, but TVA abducted them and erased their memories. At first, Mobius is reluctant to believe Loki; however, after watching agent C-20’s interrogation video, he finally realizes that Loki was telling the truth.
Then, Ravonna confronts Agent Mobius for his betrayal, and she prunes him in front of Loki. So, learning the truth costs Agent Mobius his life.
On the other hand, agent B-15 saw a glimpse of her old life under Sylvie’s enchantment. So, she seeks out Sylvie to find out if that was an illusion or a memory. Of course, it wasn’t easy for her to believe that TVA is nothing but a big fat lie, but eventually, Sylvie shows her the entire truth. Then, B-15 agrees to help Lady Loki so that she could confront the Time Keepers for what they’ve done.
After struggling for a while, Loki and Sylvie meet the Time Keepers, but not everything turns out as planned when they learn that Time Keepers are nothing but mindless androids. Meaning, someone more dangerous is controlling the TVA and is behind this chaos.
Between all this, Ravonna finds the opportunity to prune Loki, leading us to believe that the God of Mischief is dead. However, in the episode’s mid-credit scene, we see that he is very much alive. Moreover, we finally see three more Loki variants, including the rumored Old Loki (Richard E. Grant).
