Lollipop Chainsaw Gets its First Rainbow-Filled, Sparkly Trailer

By Chad Awkerman

August 15, 2011

Lollipop Chainsaw is a new game from Grasshopper Manufacture and Kadokawa Games and, as the trailer puts it, “from the twisted mind of Suda 51”. It’s about a girl named Juliet and her affection for hunting zombies with her pink chainsaw. The game intreagued me but it didn’t quite click how off the wall it is until I watched the trailer. So, hit the break, sit back and tune into this mash-up of 1958 and 2011 (you’ll see). You’ll probably end up with a quizzical expression on your face, much like I did.
