Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio plan a big reveal event on May 7, titled Judgment Day, with many fans expecting a Judgment sequel to be announced – now, several hours before the event, the game Lost Judgment was spotted on the PSN, with a release date and platforms listed and leaked.

Lost Judgment release date
According to the listing on PSN, Lost Judgment will be launching in Japan on September 24, 2021, on PS4 and PS5. The game is titled in Japanese: Lost Judgment Sabakarezaru Kioku, which can be translated to “the memory that was not judged”. As a reminder, Judgment was titled Judge Eyes in Japan, and also had a subtitle like that: Shinigami no Yuigon (the reaper’s will)
According to Japanese blog Game’s Talk, the photo above was shared by Kenichiro Takaaki, known as the producer of Senran Kagura, who randomly spotted the game and tweeted about it, before deleting his tweet. Another Twitter user also spotting the listing.
It looks like Lost Judgment will include a Season Pass, and a Limited Edition that allows players to start playing three days before release.
Judgment Day event
Sega launched just a few days ago a remaster of the original Judgment, on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Stadia. A countdown to the Judgment Day event was also shared.
It’s also important to note a new Judgment game was also hinted at back in March 2021. When it was made public that Sega registered the trademark “Lost Judgment”.
