Square Enix revealed new gameplay and information about Tokyo RPG Factory’s upcoming game, Lost Sphear. If you’ve been itching to get your hands on the title than you’re in luck; a brand new demo will be released on the Japanese eShop sometime next week.

The demo will allow you to play the opening parts of the game. Also, all progress made in the demo will be carried over into the full release when it launches. If you can’t wait for a Western launch of the demo, it’s rather simple to create a Japanese Nintendo eShop account or PSN account, by creating a new account on your Switch and making your home country Japan.

Alongside the information about the demo we also received a ton of gameplay footage straight out of Tokyo Game Show. You can check out footage of the PS4 version as well as the Switch version down below courtesy of YouTube user Asleep in the Fantasy.

Earlier this month we received a new trailer showing off a ton of new things from Lost Sphear, including the game’s world as well as its slew of characters.

Lost Sphear will be available on January 23, 2018 for Nintendo Switch and PS4.
