Slightly Mad Studios CEO Ian Bell is back at it once again this week saying more mad things.

This time around, the Mad Box developer has put out an open call to the public asking for someone to come up with a slogan for the currently-in-development console. Bell put out this call after saying that they had recently paid a marketing company to come up with a slogan for the product and what they delivered was, "You'd be Mad to not buy the Box." Clearly, Bell wasn't too crazy about this catchphrase, because that's when he opened things up to the general public, while also offering a reward.

Bell said, in sincerity, that whoever creates the best slogan for the Mad Box will be paid $10,000 and will also receive "free games for life." Whether Bell means free games for any platform of the winner's desire or strictly just games for the Mad Box remains to be seen, but you'd have to imagine it would be the latter option. As you can probably guess, Bell's mentions on Twitter were immediately filled with a variety of different slogans.

Whether or not the Mad Box ever even reaches the marketing phase remains to be seen considering the console is still said to be more than three years away from release. That said, Bell has done well to keep this console in the spotlight over the past few weeks by saying outlandish things such as described here. If he continues to say even more wild things moving forward, we'll likely continue to hear more about this device.
