Mad Machines, a competitive multiplayer game which looks very similar to Rocket League without the cars, will be launching later this year on the upcoming Discord store. The title is developed by an indie studio named Hero Blocks.

Hero Blocks are planning to add players to the early access version of the title as a “First on Discord” game later in the year. If you are not familiar with the title "First on Discord," it means that the game on the store will literally be the first place that you can purchase the game. Developers are given around 90 days on the store and then it can be sold to any other marketplace. Discord believes that this will help shed more light on smaller indie games.

If you happen to be at PAX West in Seattle, you can compete in onsite tournaments of Mad Machines. You will need to sign up in the PAX PC room which will be located on the third floor of the Washington State Convention Center.
