The next mainline entry of the Madden series is only a few weeks away. Madden 22 will feature some significant changes in the Ultimate Team and Franchise modes, with some impressive real-time features that will be exclusive to the 9th-gen editions of the game.

Prior to this, Electronic Arts revealed the overall ratings for the top ten players of each position in the game. The developer also revealed the 99 Club and top Rookie players of the upcoming season of the NFL.

Madden 22 Early Access Release Date

You can play Madden 22 ten days prior to its official launch through Early Access. The Early Access starts on August 12, and it will be available across all target platforms of the game.

Keep in mind that you can only play the game for 10 hours during the Early Access period. Once you reach the cap, you should wait until the full release of the game on August 22, which will require full payment to purchase the game.

How You Can Play the Game for Free During Early Access Period

The only thing you need to play the trials version during the Early Access period is to have an active EA Play subscription. So, it's not totally free.

If you are an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber on console or PC, you can still get free access to Madden 22 trials version on August 12.

Madden 22 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
