There is a lot of new stuff coming in Madden 23, quite notable of all being the new Fieldsense system which has been added to next-gen consoles. With this new mechanic, players will be able to play the game with even greater precision and immersion as compared to the previous iterations.

A number of games have been moving away from last-gen consoles, with Gotham Knights setting the precedence for that. With every new announcement these days, gamers who still haven't got their hands on the new consoles are a tad anxious about whether the game will release on their console. Fortunately, Madden 23 is coming to last-gen consoles as confirmed by EA.

When it comes to the editions, players don't have a lot of options and have to choose between. Firstly, we have the Standard Edition for both last-gen and next-gen consoles. If you wish to get the latter, you will have to pay $10 more, which isn't a surprise considering that $70 has become the norm for games that are for current-gen consoles.

The real difference is in the All Madden Edition. Apart from what you get in the Standard Edition, you will be getting an All Madden Team Elite Player, 3-day early access as well as 4600 Madden Points. Here are the complete details of each of the editions.
