Madden NFL 13 has been used to predict Super Bowl winners for years and its record on being right varies. This year the game has crowned the Baltimore Ravens as the champions that will have Ray Lewis end his career with a Super Bowl championship.

Madden 13 has placed the Baltimore Ravens beating the San Fancisco 49ers by a small margin of 27-24. As the go to NFL simulation it will be interesting to see how accurate the game actually is next Sunday.

The game has called the winner seven out of the last nine times, which is impressive and shows the accuracy Madden has in the formulas for rating team and player stats. Both teams were held to a field goal in the first quarter with Baltimore leading 17-10 at halftime. In the forth both teams were tied up but the Ravens' kicker Justin Tucker made a 40-yard field goal to pull the Ravens to 27-24 with a last moment interception by the Ravens to seal the deal.

Simulation fans have to admire the amount of work and detail Madden  goes through in simulating games such as this even if to some the game may not be different from the year before.
