Spike Chunsoft has released the first-ever gameplay trailer for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, showing some of the game's gruesomeness and gore, and opened pre-orders for a collector's edition.

The Made in Abyss JRPG gets its first gruesome trailer

Popular dissonant manga Made in Abyss, mixing cute characters with body horror, is getting its first-ever JRPG adaptation on consoles. Publisher Spike Chunsoft released the first-ever trailer on April 5, 2022, revealing once again why the game is rated M. The trailer showcases the action RPG gameplay of the title, and how we will be able to relive the Made in Abyss anime with Riko and Reg, or a brand new story written by original author Akihito Tsukishi. The game will also feature both Japanese and English voiceovers.

Where to pre order Made in Abyss Binary Star Falling into Darkness

The standard edition of Made in Abyss Binary Star Falling into Darkness is priced at $59.99, and there is a Collector's Edition priced at $89.99. For now, preorders have only opened at a few major US retailers.

Only a physical collector's edition was announced as of now, and the Steam version of the game does not have a digital deluxe edition listed. The game will release in Fall 2022.
