Today's Man at Arms has the team forging the Double Helix Sword, the weapon used by Link's Fierce Deity form in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

Due to the very unique double helix design, forging the sword proved to be a tricky task. One blade will be forgeed with Damascus (a multilayered, forged wielded steel) and the other with W2 (a high carbon tool steel that holds an edge well. The forging technique itself is the same one used for creating a multi-core Viking sword without the central core.
