Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is around the bend, and Nintendo UK has releases a brand new trailer highlighting all the features to be found in the Nintendo Switch remake. Boasting the game as "the biggest Mario Kart game yet!", the title focuses on the breadth of racers (40), the tracks available (48) and the different ways you can play the title.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was stealth-revealed in the Nintendo Switch livestream from Tokyo -- placed in their sizzle reel without much of a mention. A remaster of Wii U's Mario Kart 8, the game includes all of the original's DLC along with new modes, characters and more. Despite the "biggest Mario Kart" claim, the game caps off at 7GB of memory (roughly 21% of total system memory for those downloading).

DualShockers got to go hands-on with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, with a tentative impression that the game is a must buy for those who never got to play the game on its first run. However, those who had picked the game up on the Wii U may need to consider if they are willing to pay full price for game again.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch on April 28, 2017. Check out the jazzy trailer below:
