Marvel vs. Capcom 2: It’s LIVE

Marvel vs. Capcom 2: It’s LIVE

The long awaited release of one of the most addicting, combo-intesive fighting games of our time, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, arrives today on Xbox LIVE Arcade.  Those of you who have been biting your nails in anticipation can finally stop.  Those of you who own an Xbox 360 are pretty much in the clear to go and download the 2D fighting game and start beating – or at least try – the crap out of people either online or locally.  Those of you who own a PS3… well, you’re pretty much envious of the 360 owners and will be until August 13th.  Look on the bright side, though, PS3 owners.  You might be getting a retail package which will cost you five bucks more but will, supposedly, come with a DVD and exclusive wallpapers, an 8-page manual, one month of free access to Marvel Digital Comics and 2,000 Capcom Unity Points.  The wait might be tedious, but it sure as hell worth it.

If you’re still here reading this, you need to stop, go download the game, and send Al Zamora a message stating, “I want to kick your ass, baby!”  I’m pretty sure he’ll oblige and probably whip out combos that’ll have you breaking remotes.

i have been contemplating on getting this game for a day or two. I was reading up on whether to buy battle field 1943 or MVC2. But i just might download them both. I’d like to play you in some MVC2. Mr. Captain America

  2. All I have to say to that, Xizor, is “Stars and Stripes!”
