Mass Effect 3 Pushed Back to Q1 2012 - Is Anyone Surprised?

It really doesn’t surprise me when a big title gets pushed back anymore, things shuffle around so much for various reasons. Today on the game’s Facebook page, Executive Producer Casey Hudson let loose that the conclusion to Shepherd’s journey in Mass Effect 3 won’t be witnessed until sometime in “the first three months of 2012”. The reason? “The development team is laser focused on making sure Mass Effect 3 is the biggest, boldest and best game in the series, ensuring that it exceeds everyone’s expectations.”

At least that will give everyone time to clear Uncharted 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim off their list of games to play, right?
