After the series of Mass Effect Andromeda reveals that hit the net today to celebrate N7 Day, Creative Director Mac Walters has been responding to questions on Twitter, and we get some more interesting information about the game.

First of all, the Ryder siblings (Scott and Sarah), are less experienced than Commander Shepard, who already was a hero when the Mass Effect series started. This is a story about becoming a hero. It will be the first big adventure for Scott and Sarah.

Secondly, the game is a complete fresh shart. BioWare actually tested it with many new players to make sure that they didn’t feel like they were missing something not having played the first three chapters.

Last, but not least, he clarified that the Nexus and the Arks mentioned in the Andromeda Initiative video are actually different things.

Mass Effect Andromeda will release in Spring 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. You can check out the new cinematic trailer here.
