BioWare’s Mass Effect Andromeda is still a few months away, but Creative Director Mac Walters is continuing to delivery as steady stream of interesting information on the upcoming RPG.

First of all, he mentioned that the main theme is “fantastic,” and promised info on music and its composer in the future.

We also learn that we’ll have other options besides gathering materials and crafting to acquire gear. Apparently freedom is a big part of the game’s experience.

Walters then teased that more content is coming to the Andromeda Initiative hub, and he’s currently working on it.

Last, but certainly not least for those like me that love a degree of “role playing” in their RPGs, Walters promised that we’ll have a degree of control on having helmets on or off, even if he declined to give further details.
