How To Heal In Mass Effect Legendary Edition

Thankfully, healing in Mass Effect Legendary Edition is pretty straightforward. But considering the game is heavily focused on combat and fighting enemies, it's important to know how to heal.

In order to heal, you'll need to make sure you have 'Medi-Gel' in your inventory. As long as you're holding some Medi-Gel, all you need to do is press the following buttons depending on the platform.

  • PC = 'V'
  • PlayStation = 'Triangle'
  • Xbox = 'Y'

Healing does vary depending on which game in the Trilogy you are playing. For those playing through Mass Effect 1 then the above tactic is how to heal.

Mass Effect 2 is much simpler as the game introduces an 'auto-heal' feature. All players need to do is take cover and stop taking damage to automatically begin the process of healing.

Things continue to change in Mass Effect 3 as there's now a First Aid Ability that can be used by the player. This ability will heal yourself and revive downed teammates.
