PS4 Exclusive Megadimension Neptunia VIIR Gets New Trailer Showing Gameplay and More

Compile Heart shows more of its new JRPG Megadimension Neptunia VIIR for PS4 and PlayStation VR.

Today Compile Heart released a brand new gameplay trailer of its upcoming JRPG  Megadimension Neptunia VIIR.

The trailer gives a broad strokes view on the game, including the story, the many character from the Neptunia universe, the room feature that lets players interact with their favorite goddess, dialogue scenes and gameplay.

Narration is by Neptunia’s Japanese voice actress Rie Tanaka, and featured is also “Starting Days!!” the opening song of the game, performed by Aki.

The game will launch in Japan on August 24th, with no western release announced just yet. It will be a PS4 exclusive compatible with PlayStation VR, but the headset will not be required.

Interestingly,  Megadimension Neptunia VIIR has been developed using Silicon Studio’s game engine Orochi 4 and rendering engine Mizuchi, that are also the base for the newly-announced JRPG Death end re;Quest.
