Today, independent developer Pentadimensional Games released a new trailer for the ambitious title, Megaton Rainfall. According to the announcement trailer, the first-person superhero simulator will release next month on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR.

In Megaton Rainfall, players will control an immortal interdimensional super-being who must use their immense superpowers to defend Earth from an impending alien invasion. However, if you don't use your powerful carefully you can accidentally destroy the people you're trying to protect.

Some key features in the game include the ability to (unintentionally) destroy entire skyscrapers, immersive in-game visuals as well as a lot of freedom of movement. In the beginning, you'll be restricted from exploring most parts of Earth, but as you progress through the game, you'll gain access to different areas of the planet as well as the opportunity to roam the galaxy and fly to the Moon.
