Metal Gear Solid is Getting a Fan Made Remake Dubbed Shadow Moses

For better or for worse, fans of old classic titles from time to time take it upon themselves to freshen up and revive a fan favorite.

The latest title up for a fan made remake is Shadow Moses, a full remake of the original Metal Gear Solid. The game uses the Unreal Engine 4 and today a brief trailer has been released showing some game-play footage. The game takes remarkably well to the new visual style.

The team confesses that without Konami’s consent their project is doomed, but they’ve clearly expressed this, so I suppose we’re just waiting to see what Konami will do. Whatever comes of this it looks good so far, and best of luck to the Shadow Moses development team.
