A humane act of decency has hit Microsoft today, ladies and gentlemen. Aside from being a blistering hot summer so far, Microsoft has decided to cool things off a bit by offering Guitar Hero/Rock Band players certain tracks and track packs for a savings of up to 50% as part of their LIVEapalooza event. It’s a ton of songs and track packs to fill your summer days if you’re not too fond of spending your Summer days swimming and/or looking to attract the opposite sex with your beer bellies and over-sized nipples. A couple of margaritas, some friends and a plethora of Guitar Hero/Rock Band songs should be enough to make your days worthwhile.

A list of the songs that you can expect to rock out to with your friends (or alone) after the jump.

– Metallica – Death Magnetic

Track Packs:

– Classic Rock Track Pack (Boston, Foreigner, Rick Springfield)

– The Killers Track Pack

– The Eagles Track Pack

– The Silversun Pickups Track Pack
