Rare’s Sea of Thieves, that will come to Xbox One and Windows some time in the future, is still mostly shrouded in mystery after the brief debut at E3, but Xbox Division head Phil Spencer had words of praise for the game’s music in an interview on the TiC Podcast.

I liked the gameplay video that they did. It’s beautiful. […] Listen to the music, Robin [Beanland] at Rare does all of the music for all of those games, he plays all of the instruments… He’s incredible. We got this violin… We listened to the whole music setup, and he did the music for Cameo, then he goes to Sea of Thieves, then he did the music for Golden Eye… The guy is very, very talented.

The sound track of the trailer we saw was definitely awesome. I can definitely say that it was one of the games that piqued my curiosity the most at E3. Unfortunately it won’t appear at Gamescom, but hopefully we’ll hear and see more about it soon.
