April 11, 2017

Today, new 4K gameplay footage of Middle-earth: Shadow of War from publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developer Monolith Productions has surfaced, courtesy of IGN.

The new footage is four minutes and 32 seconds long and provides a first look at gameplay within the walls of the human city, Minas Ithil.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is set to launch for Xbox One, Project Scorpio, PC, PS4, and PS4 Pro, on August 22, 2017 in North America, and on August 25th in Europe (it’s unclear if it will launch for Project Scorpio on these dates, because Microsoft’s upcoming console still doesn’t have a release date).

Below, you can check out the new gameplay footage. Additionally, you can check out lengthier — but older — gameplay footage, that notably showcases the game’s renown Nemesis System, here. Further, you can read about the game’s DLC, preorder bonuses, and various editions, here.
