Pid is a platform adventure game set in a stylized world and populated by a strange assortment of colourful characters; both hostile and friendly.

The game puts players in control of Kurt, a schoolboy who’s a long way from home who must navigate several environments with the help of a special ability which allows him to defy gravity.

If nothing else, Pid is wonderfully stylish game, both from an auditory and visual perspective. The soundtrack alone has me eager to embark on Kurt’s curious adventure.

You can visit Pid’s website here for more information and read the game’s synopsis below:

When a young schoolboy gets stranded on a remote old planet, a unique and eccentric journey begins. His search for a way off the planet takes him through cities and castles, attics and space stations into a dreamlike yet dangerous world. Along the way, he outsmarts a variety of malicious robots bent on stopping him and, befriends unlikely allies that start to shed light on a huge conspiracy that keeps the planet mesmerized and prevents him from ever reaching home.

Pid, developed by Might and Delight, is available now for PC, Mac and Xbox Live Arcade.
