According to the latest update, the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter campaign has raised more than $1.25 million and reached its first stretch goal, which adds two new stages and Mighty No. 7 and 8 to the boss roster. Keiji Inafune sends his fans a special video message.

In the video, Inafune happily updates fans and backers on the amazing progress the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter has made so far. He talks about how him and the development team worked on this game and campaign for four months in secret. He's so pleased with the results so far that he feels "all that fatigue has just melted away."
