Miitopia was one of the more bizarre games to have released on the Nintendo 3DS.

The game is an RPG, focused around Nintendo’s titular Mii characters.

Recently, Nintendo confirmed that, like many of their hit titles, Miitopia would be making its way onto the Switch.

That date is fast approaching, so here’s when you can expect the Miitopia release time to be.

Miitopia Details

Miitopia originally released in the west in July 2017.

It sees players create a Mii character and embark on a wacky adventure in which they will aim to defeat their nemesis, the Dark Lord. The game was lauded for its humour and fun storytelling so should certainly be a good time.

The title has been ported to the Switch by Grezzo, the company who made the wonderful The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening port, also for the Nintendo Switch.

Miitopia Release Time on the Nintendo Switch

The game is likely to release at slightly different times in the UK and Europe and the US.

On Nintendo’s official UK website, they state that, as the game is a first-party title, it should be available to play at 14:00 GMT (15:00 CET) on its release day.

Nintendo does add that “Pre-ordered content will be available the night before its official release.” – so, if you’re eager to play Miitopia, be sure to get a pre-order in!

As stated, the release works slightly different in the US. According to Nintendo’s US website, as the game is both available in digital and physical form, it will “usually be available at 9:00 p.m. PT the night before the physical game’s release date.”
