Sony San Diego has announced MLB The Show 17, and revealed that the game will get a cover reveal on October 27. They had the following to say about the game:

"MLB The Show 17 delivers the most realistic and personal baseball gaming experience on consoles. This year The Show offers exciting gameplay improvements and a greater ability to personalize your baseball experience."

The cover reveal for the game will take place specifically at 12 pm ET on October 27, and presumably more gameplay details will be revealed then and at the PlayStation Experience this year.
